By accessing or using any part of the bajl app platform — including browsing the website, creating a player account, funding a wallet, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or communicating with our support team — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the bajl app platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players with verified accounts, and players who access the platform via any compatible mobile browser or application wrapper. Access to and use of the bajl app platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bajl app enforces an unconditional 18+ age restriction on all accounts and services. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts.

To access the full range of bajl app's services, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a player account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. bajl app accepts registrations from eligible players across all eight administrative divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bajl app at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajl app reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently exclude the player from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. bajl app recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication, available in Account Settings. bajl app will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bajl app applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle and is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. bajl app reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

All financial transactions on the bajl app platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajl app does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions conducted via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific deposit limits per payment method are displayed on the Cashier page of your account.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bajl app wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment.
• bajl app does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the personal details on your bajl app account.
• bajl app reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised third-party funding is suspected.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, and only to the same individual who holds the bajl app account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set by payment channel and displayed in the Cashier section.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one hour.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals placed in a review queue.
• bajl app reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for the purpose of security review, fraud detection, or compliance verification.

Player Fund Protection

Player funds held in active bajl app accounts are ring-fenced from bajl app's operational funds and are not used to meet the company's business expenses. This segregation of player funds is a core operational principle of the bajl app platform.

bajl app offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bajl app are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of this period will be forfeited without compensation.

Maximum Bet Rule

While wagering with active bonus funds, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. This limit will be specified in each promotion's terms (typically ৳500 per bet/spin unless otherwise stated). Placing bets that exceed the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Restrictions

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., table games and live dealer titles typically contribute at 10% of the slots contribution rate). Full game contribution rates are listed in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards wagering requirement completion.

Bonus Abuse

bajl app reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines that a player or group of players is engaged in systematic bonus abuse, low-risk betting strategies designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other activity that bajl app considers to represent misuse of its promotional offers.

Game Rules

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on bajl app — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and baseball — are governed by bajl app's sportsbook rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be voided and stakes returned. bajl app reserves the right to void any bet placed at a manifestly incorrect price resulting from a pricing error.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay or bet placement, bajl app will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. In cases where a fair determination cannot be made, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. bajl app's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bajl app platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. bajl app reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion — upon identification of any of the following:

• Underage access: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on the bajl app platform.
• False identity: Providing false, fraudulent, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Third-party funding: Depositing funds sourced from a payment method not registered in your own name, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on bajl app.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game — including live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities in any game or sportsbook market.
• Money laundering: Using the bajl app platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling with legitimately sourced personal funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to bajl app without first engaging bajl app's dispute resolution process.

bajl app employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems, manual review processes, and third-party integrity verification to identify prohibited conduct. Where enforcement action is taken, bajl app will provide the affected player with a written explanation via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

bajl app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, or where closure is necessary to comply with responsible gaming obligations or applicable law.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their bajl app account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat on the platform. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing times. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bajl app platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a temporary time-out or permanent self-exclusion from within Account Settings. Self-excluded players will have their accounts deactivated for the chosen exclusion period. Re-registration during an active self-exclusion period is not permitted. Enforcement Closure

Where an account is closed by bajl app as an enforcement action — for example, following identification of fraud, prohibited conduct, or KYC failure — the following consequences may apply at bajl app's discretion:

• Withholding of real-money balances pending investigation, which may be retained where funds are found to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means.
• Permanent exclusion from the bajl app platform and any associated platforms.
• Reporting of relevant information to third-party fraud prevention and gaming integrity organisations where legally required or permitted.
